On May 10^th, 2014 at approximately 2:50 P.M. Howard County Jailor’s Shantara Green and Tammy Arnold became suspicious of Ashley Skidmore who was leaving some property for an inmate at the Howard County Jail.  Jailor’s searched the restroom where Ashley Skidmore had left and found tobacco and marijuana.  Deputy Timmy Floyd contacted Ashley Skidmore in the Sheriff’s Office parking lot and arrested her after searching her and her vehicle.  Skidmore is being charged with Furnishing Prohibited Articles and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  Bond has been set at 25,000 dollars for Skidmore.
