On September 11, 2012 the Howard County Sheriff’s Office received a report from Paul Ray Trucking concerning the theft of several freight trailers from their trucking company.   The thefts have occurred over the past 10 months.  The trailers were being sold at Tri State Scrap Yard in Texarkana.  Investigators David Shelton and John Eric Glidewell have arrested Kenny Gibson and Jason White in connection with the trailer thefts.  Gibson and White were both employees of Paul Ray Trucking.   Both subjects remain in the Howard County Jail waiting on formal theft of property charges to be filed and bond to be set.
