Items Seized

Officers from the Howard County Sheriff’s Office, South Central Drug Task Force and Arkansas State Police executed a search warrant on 7/13/2011 at a residence located at 1282 Hwy 26 W., Nashville, AR.  Officers seized marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a firearm, a Ford Ranger pickup and cash from the residence.  Also a felony arrest was made on Benny Culpepper, w/m, dob 12/05/1954.  Culpepper is charged with:

1.     Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver - Marijuana

2.      Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms

3.      Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Bond is set at $100,000.
