On March 28, 2010 the Howard County Sheriff’s Office received information concerning the location of Ronald Williams w/m dob-4/13/1978 who is wanted for Failure to Appear in Howard County.  Ronald Williams was listed on the Howard County Sheriff’s Office Most Wanted Website.  Ronald Williams was arrested in Hooks, Texas and is in jail in Bowie County, Texas.  Ronald Williams will be transported to the Howard County Jail after he faces local charges in Bowie County, TX.
